Manager - Sales & Marketing

About the Role

Pneucon Automation Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Sales & Marketing team across India. We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Managers with a mandatory background in industrial valve sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial sectors.
• Handle complete sales cycles including enquiries, technical discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and EPCs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and explore new industry segments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution, delivery, and customer support.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and business development.

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Strong understanding of valves and automation products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Candidates from valve manufacturing or flow-control product companies.
• Proven sales performance in the valve industry.
• Experience handling customers in Oil & Gas, Power, Pharma, Chemical, Water Treatment, etc.
