About the Role Pneucon Automation Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Sales & Marketing team across India. We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Managers with a mandatory background in industrial valve sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial sectors. Handle complete sales cycles including enquiries, technical discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures. Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and EPCs. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and explore new industry segments. Coordinate with internal teams for execution, delivery, and customer support. Travel as needed for client meetings and business development. Required Qualifications Education : BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Experience : 2-3 years specifically in industrial valve sales Strong understanding of valves and automation products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Background Candidates from valve manufacturing or flow-control product companies. Proven sales performance in the valve industry. Experience handling customers in Oil & Gas, Power, Pharma, Chemical, Water Treatment, etc.
