Manager (Sales & Marketing)

You are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for Outdoor Media in Jalandhar, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Punjab region. Your role will involve driving business growth in outdoor advertising by leveraging your strategic mindset, sales acumen, and industry knowledge to capitalize on market trends and identify new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to align advertising efforts with active sectors, acquiring and managing client relationships, developing tailored advertising proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups, forecasting sales trends, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining client databases. To be eligible, you must be a graduate with an MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred, have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in media or outdoor advertising), possess in-depth knowledge of Punjab's business landscape, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi), analytical thinking, and sales acumen. Additionally, having strong networking skills, adaptability, self-motivation, understanding of digital trends, and leadership potential will be advantageous for this role.
