Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager - Sales to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Manager - Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing business plans, enhancing customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales performance. The role involves daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Operations and process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in sales management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Understanding of the manufacturing and industrial sector is a plus
• 5-7 years experience is a MUST.
