We are looking for a strategic HR partnering position focused on driving people processes, strengthening performance culture, and enhancing workforce effectiveness across on-roll and off-roll sales teams.
1. Acting as the primary HR partner for sales teams throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Driving recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
3. Collaborating with sales leadership to identify and address talent/skill gaps.
4. Managing employee relations concerns and ensuring policy adherence.
5. Tracking HR analytics to improve productivity, reduce attrition, and support business decisions.
1. MBA/PGDM in HR.
2. 23+ years experience as Sales HRBP (mandatory).
3. Strong exposure to field HR operations and incentive-linked sales structures.
4. Ability to influence and collaborate with distributed teams.
5. Preferred: Female candidates experienced in managing large on-roll + off-roll sales workforce.
