About the Role:

Sales & Business Development Manager/s

You will be responsible for growing the business through B2B partnerships and direct client engagements while advising clients on suitable Residency and Citizenship by Investment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow B2B relationships

  with wealth management firms, private banks, tax consultants, legal advisors, and immigration agents across India and the GCC.

• Develop new business opportunities

  by identifying and qualifying leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Advise and onboard clients

  for global Residency and Citizenship by Investment programs and assist them through the process of application, investment, and obtain the appropriate visas.

• Train channel partner RMs and wealth managers

  on investment migration opportunities, enhancing business conversions through channel partners.

• Deliver consultative, advisory-led solutions

  tailored to individual client objectives and global mobility goals.

• Collaborate with internal product, and operations teams

  to ensure seamless, high-touch client experiences.

• Achieve and exceed revenue and acquisition targets

  through disciplined pipeline management and relationship nurturing.

• Maintain and grow relationships

  with existing client and investor networks.

Who We're Looking For

• MBA preferred | Bachelor’s degree minimum

• 6+ years of proven experience

  in sales and relationship management within Investment Immigration, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, HNI Client Services, or Luxury Financial Products
• Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Experience in client interfacing, solution-based selling, and high-value consultative advisory.

Skills & Attributes:

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong consultative sales acumen with a relationship-first approach
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

Preferred:

• Understanding of global investment immigration programs and regulations
• Background in wealth management, real estate advisory, or alternative investments
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel extensively
