Job Description

As a Manager Immigration Advisor at Global North Invictus, your role will involve driving business growth through channel partnerships and direct client engagements. You will play a pivotal part in empowering families to access global opportunities and build borderless legacies. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a consultative sales approach, preferably from an immigration, wealth management, or financial services background, with a sharp focus on relationship-building, client advisory, and target-driven execution. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage B2B relationships with wealth management firms, law firms, immigration advisors, and private banks across India and Dubai-GCC. - Collaborate closely with product teams and partner sales representatives to co-create growth strategies. - Advise and onboard clients for Residency and Citizenship by Investment programs, supporting them through the application and renewal process. - Train and support channel partners sales teams to identify and convert investment migration opportunities. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through active networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. - Deliver tailored, advisory-led solutions to clients, providing expert insights into immigration investment programs. - Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences. - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA preferred | Minimum Bachelor's degree. - 6+ years of proven sales and relationship management experience, ideally in immigration, wealth management, financial advisory, or luxury financial products. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to build trust-based client relationships. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal language skills. Preferred: - Understanding of global immigration regulations and investment migration options. - Experience in alternative investment distribution. - Comfortable working in a high-growth, start-up environment. - Willingness to travel extensively.,
