Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Jaipur, responsible for providing legal support and guidance on housing-related matters. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee all legal aspects of housing-related transactions.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on housing-related matters.
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements related to housing purchases and sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with housing transactions.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting housing ownership and transfer.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking and financial services laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with legal software and systems is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
