Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the B2C sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective measures to meet goals.
• Drive performance through motivation, rewards, and clear goal setting.
  

• Lead, mentor, and train a team of inside sales executives and team leads.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure effective onboarding and continuous learning of team members.
  

• Develop and implement sales processes and scripts to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate reporting and sales dashboards to track lead progress and closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
  

• Ensure excellent customer experience through a consultative sales approach.
• Handle escalations and key client communications effectively.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in the customer journey.
  

• Coordinate with product, operations, and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Contribute insights and feedback to senior management for product and sales strategy refinement.
