Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Retail Branch Operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in retail branch operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Maintain high standards of quality and integrity in all transactions and interactions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.

Job
Strong knowledge of retail branch operations, including sales, customer service, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
