Manager R&D

The R&D Manager is responsible for leading the research and development initiatives to drive innovation, improve existing products, and support strategic business goals. The role includes managing product life cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant product development.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Innovation

• Manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
• Explore new technologies, materials, ingredients, and techniques
• Develop innovative solution with R&D team.
• Provide technical support through product trials.
• Conduct client demos, presentation and workshops

Product Development

• Design and formulate new products or improve existing products to meet market demand.
• Ensure products meet functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for consumer-driven innovation.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MSc in Food Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of R&D methodologies, formulation, and product development.
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
