We are looking for a dynamic and passionate R&D Manager to lead our innovation, product development, and quality enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development function for herbs, spices, superfoods, and related product categories.
• Develop new product formulations in line with market trends, customer requirements, and global food standards.
• Work on process optimization, cost reduction, and product improvement without compromising quality.
• Conduct trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations to ensure product stability and quality.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and quality assurance teams to commercialize new products.
• Keep updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and certifications (FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, Organic, etc.).
• Manage documentation and compliance for product specifications, labeling, and certifications.
• Drive innovation projects for value-added herbal and spice-based products.
• Supervise and mentor the R&D team to enhance technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in R&D within the herbs, spices, food ingredients, or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of herbs, spices, natural extracts, superfoods, and functional food products.
• Experience with regulatory standards (FSSAI, FDA, Codex, etc.) and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
