Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager, who can handle entire offline and online Marketing & Exhibition to develop and execute marketing strategies for our presence while overseeing the planning and execution of exhibitions and trade events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for success of exhibitions and events that effectively represent our brand and engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Exhibition & Event Handling: Plan, coordinate, and execute successful exhibitions. Oversee all logistics related to event participation, including booth design, setup, and staffing. Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Develop creative concepts for exhibition displays and collateral that align with company branding and target audience interests. Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities to maximize engagement and lead generation. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure exhibition objectives align with overall marketing strategies and sales goals. Brand Management Build and manage brand equity through ATL & BTL campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and risks. Define brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in B2B marketing, social media management, and content marketing. Min 5 years of experience in managing exhibitions, trade shows, or corporate events. Strong communication, also handle exhibitions and other marketing activities of company.
