Role: Senior Manager Procurements & Contracts

Exp. 10+ Years

Location: Gurugram HR

Qualification Engineering Graduate / Dip in Engineering + MBA /PGDM will be Plus

Role & responsibilities:

1. Procurement of Technical & Non-Technical purchases of Project & Construction Consumables in Real Estate Developments.

2. Sound Exp and understanding of

   Contracts Review, Contracts Administration

3. Review Vendor Agreement and Contracts

4. Prepare BOQ, BOM , Costing- Budgeting and Estimation per Project Specifications.

5. Center point of Contact for projects Running in NCR and North India for Procurement, and Contracts

6. Plan, direct and Execute the material availability against Requisitions

   to ensure optimum

   disbursement of material available at Central Level.

7. Hand-on and sound understanding in Procurement of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing – Firefighting, HVAC, Project Finishing and Fit-outs in Residentials high rise group housing, Commercial and Hospitality Projects.

8. Co-ordinate and oversee the

   Material Inspections -Quality Verification per BIS/ IS and PWD -Construction Codes

9. Vendor Development & Management.

10. Ensure best quotation & Rates for Daily, Weekly, Monthly short terms & long-term consumables.

11. L1-L2 Vendors quotations, Negotiation of best rates in favor of company

12. Price Analysis and Preparing techno-Commercial.

13. Costing, Cost break up and TCO of vendor offers for items/ equip. (above Rs.20 lac)

14. Negotiations on price, delivery time and other T&C

15. Create POs, WOs and AMCs basis given per SLA norms.

16. Complete work through system such as

    generation of PO, material reports, Material receipts, Inventory checks.

17. Stock Verification

    Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance &

    Purchase

18. New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releases, Material Delivery and Payment etc.

19. Sourcing:

    Perform RFIs, RFPs and reverse auctions; preparation of scope documents.

20. Payment recovery from vendors due to rejection/quality deduction etc.
