Job Description

Job Requirements :

  • Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Process Excellence, Quality Improvement, HRSD/HR Operations, F&A/Finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes including HRO/F&A/Process Re-Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and design solutions using tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
  • Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide coaching and training on lean Six Sigma methodologies to team member.
