Job Description

Manager - Plant HRBP & Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Pan-India HRBP & Analytics Impact:
Support and collaborate directly with the Head of Plant HRBP (Vice President), who leads people operations across 8 manufacturing locations.
Multi-Location Responsibility:
Take ownership as HR Business Partner & Data Analytics Manager for all 8 manufacturing sites (encompassing 2,500 employees), ensuring end-to-end HR solutions and data-driven decision making.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze and report on key HR metricsheadcount, hiring trends, attrition, exit insights, and employee engagement survey resultsfor all locations.
Comprehensive HR Partnership:
Oversee the HR function for 3 smaller plants (about 200 employees), driving recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and retention strategies.
Labour Compliance Champion:
Ensure company-wide labor law adherence across all 8 plants and the corporate office, track via the Compliglobal portal, and conduct regular audits.

Desired Candidate :

Full-time MBA in HR (or equivalent).
8+ years of HR experiencepreferably in the manufacturing sector.
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
Hands-on expertise in data analytics tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio.
