Manager - Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of planners, schedulers, and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Monitor construction progress and performance to identify deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including key performance indicators and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements throughout the construction process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction planning processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into construction planning activities.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
