We’re Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing [Marketplaces & Quick Commerce]

Manager / Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Own media planning, budget allocation, and campaign forecasting for marketplace and quick commerce channels.
• Collaborate with category, brand, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative briefing, A/B testing, bid management, and landing page optimization.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement continuous optimization strategies.
• Track and report key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV across channels.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
• Ensure campaigns are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C brands.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker, results-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budgeting, campaign optimization, and driving measurable ROI.
