Manager – HR Strategy

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to develop and implement the Bank’s HR and growth strategy.
• Create long-term strategic plans with a focus on both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage key HR projects and programs across departments.
• Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives throughout the organization.
• Conduct market and technology research to inform and enhance HR product strategy.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decisions.
• Drive execution of HR plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR strategies.
• Track and report the success of HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis and industry trends.
  

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Strategy, or a related field.
  

Experience

• 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Strategy, HR Consulting, or Strategic HR roles.
• Proven experience in working with senior leadership and managing enterprise-wide HR projects.
  

• Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
• Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
• High attention to detail and execution focus.
• Proficiency in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Successful execution of HR projects and initiatives.
• Effective implementation of HR strategy.
• Quality and impact of management reporting and presentations.
