Job Summary

HR Mergers & Acquisitions / HR Transactions

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR M&A / HR Transactions projects (PMI, carve-outs, spin-offs)
  • Manage HR PMO, governance, milestones and global stakeholders
  • Deliver global, multi-country HR transaction engagements
  • Support proposals, RFPs and client pursuits
  • Mentor and manage team members

Must Have

  • 11–14 years

    experience in

    HR Transactions / HR M&A

  • Experience across

    2+ full HR M&A lifecycle engagements

  • Consulting background (Big 4 / leading consulting firms)
  • Strong exposure to

    PMI, carve-outs, HR due diligence

  • Knowledge of

    Comp & Benefits, Org Design, Change Management

  • Tools:

    Workday / SAP SuccessFactors

  • Strong Excel, Power BI, analytics skills

Good to Have

  • HR Due Diligence experience
  • Total Rewards / Culture / Workforce Transformation exposure
  • PMP / CPP certification
