About the Role

relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, and high-performing professional

fundraising, enterprise partnerships, and key account management

Ideal for:

  • Development sector professionals

    with experience in CSR or philanthropic fundraising, OR
  • Corporate/enterprise sales professionals

    with B2B solutioning and large account management experience looking to transition into the impact sector.

You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an excellent donor experiencefrom acquisition to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Acquisition & Fundraising

  • Identify, pitch, and convert CSR/corporate prospects for scholarships, education financing, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Design customized partnership offerings based on partner needs (scholarships, mentoring, digital solutions, education loans, blended finance models, etc.).
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling, enterprise engagement, and long-term relationship building.

2. Account & Donor Management

  • Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, delivery oversight, reporting, renewals, and retention.
  • Serve as the primary SPOC for corporate, foundation, and institutional donors.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction through regular reviews, impact updates, and proactive communication.

3. Proposal Development & Grant Management

  • Create high-quality proposals, concept notes, decks, budgets, MoUs, and grant documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (programs, product, finance, legal) for compliance, feasibility, and smooth delivery.

4. Strategic Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to co-create impactful education and mentoring interventions.
  • Collaborate with marketing for PR, partner amplification, and impact storytelling.

5. Market Intelligence & Research

  • Track CSR spending, corporate priorities, sector trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify new industries and clusters to expand partnership opportunities.

6. External Representation

  • Represent Buddy4Study at CSR roundtables, donor events, corporate meetings, conferences, and sector forums.
  • Build a strong network of CSR heads, CHROs, business leaders, and foundation directors.

What Were Looking For

    CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales
