This full-time on-site role for a Manager - Partnerships, located in Kolkata, involves establishing and managing partnerships with various stakeholders, including organizations, donors, and community groups. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, developing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining relationships, and ensuring successful collaboration. Strategic planning is essential to maximize the impact of partnerships on the organization's goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong organizational and project management abilities. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are crucial. Knowledge of the non-profit sector and autism care is a plus.
