Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Visibility

Plan and execute annual marketing, outreach, and branding strategies.

Lead digital + on-ground campaigns aligned with lead-generation goals.

Ensure compelling content, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

School & Counsellor Outreach

Build strong relationships with CBSE/ISC/IB schools and education counsellors.

Conduct presentations, fairs, parent sessions, and engagement events.

Expand Firebird’s reach into new cities and high-potential markets.

Recruitment & Conversion

Oversee the lead funnel—from inquiry to enrollment—ensuring smooth conversions.

Coordinate closely with counselling, academics, and marketing teams.

Design engagement journeys to improve conversion ratios.

Team Leadership

Lead and guide outreach executives and telecalling teams.

Set targets, monitor performance, and build a high-energy, results-driven culture.

Data, CRM & Reporting

Maintain dashboards, track leads, analyze ROI, and report insights.

Provide data-driven strategies to strengthen recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

MBA/PG degree (Marketing preferred).

5–8 years in education marketing, school outreach, or international recruitment.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM, Excel, dashboards, and digital marketing coordination.

Multilingual ability preferred (English, Tamil, Hindi).
