Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion R2R Manager at London Stock Exchange Group, your role involves providing solution expertise on Oracle cloud ERP and guiding the strategic management and implementation of new Oracle cloud systems. You will support the existing Oracle R2R modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounting Hub, and PPM. Your responsibilities include: - Extensive support in implementing, testing, and Managing Oracle Financial Modules such as GL, FA, FAH, and Project Accounting - Supporting the current R2R and driving the transformation seamlessly - Providing high-level support on integrations and data migrations during the implementation cycle - Leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) - Resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions - Experience in Solution Design, preparing specification documentation, and designing process workflow - Expertise in reconciliation of Sub-ledger modules and system administration skills - Proficiency in building and giving presentations to business partners - Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills Qualifications required for this role: - 10-14 years of experience relevant to this position with 7 years of consulting experience in Oracle Fusion - Minimum 4 implementations of Oracle R2R module and 4 years of support experience in modules like GL, FA, FAH, Tax, and Project Accounting - Minimum 7 years of cloud implementation experience for Multi-Million Dollar businesses - Oracle GL, FA, and FAH cloud configuration experience is mandatory - Rich experience in monthly and quarterly book close and IT Audit - Project Accounting experience - Business process experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets, and Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Preferred qualifications include a background in working across different sectors, knowledge of technology estates and technologies, and experience in other subledgers modules.
