Role Overview Ideal Candidate

We require seasoned professionals with an

in-depth understanding of how reputed middle and high schools function

. You will be the primary relationship and implementation manager, ensuring that every partner school receives smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of all subscription programs and promised academic/operational services.

Key Accountability Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Ownership:

    Act as the

    primary relationship owner

    for assigned partner schools, building trust and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Implementation Delivery:

    Coordinate and oversee the

    end-to-end implementation

    of school subscription programs, guaranteeing all deliverables (academic, administrative, and support services) are executed on time.
  • Quality Control:

    Maintain high standards of service delivery and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Internal Collaboration:

    Collaborate cross-functionally with internal

    Academic, Product, and Marketing teams

    to tailor engagements and manage service execution.
  • Process Management:

    Maintain detailed operational trackers, reports, and calendars, ensuring data-driven oversight of ongoing school activities.
  • Team Supervision:

    Supervise and mentor Operations Associates

    who provide execution and coordination support.

Mandatory Qualification Criteria

  • Domain Expertise (MANDATORY):

    8 to 10 years of experience

    is required working specifically as an

    Academic Coordinator, Admin Head, or Section Head

    in a reputed

    K-12 school

    setting (middle or high school).
  • School Knowledge:

    Must possess a strong, granular understanding of school operations, academic coordination, and multi-stakeholder communication (Teachers, Principals, Admin).
  • Work Style:

    Highly organized, process-driven, proactive, and capable of maintaining detailed administrative control.
  • Skills:

    Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Education:

    Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.
