See all the jobs at MediBuddy here:Apply with IndeedJob DetailsDescriptionAbout the role -As a Relationship Manager Provider Enablement & Vendor Management at MediBuddy,you will be responsible for enabling and supporting our healthcare provider partners through theimplementation of the Provider Central Portal, ensuring they are trained, onboarded, andactively using its features. In addition, you will manage end-to-end providervendorrelationships, resolve operational and payment issues, and ensure contractual and service-levelcompliance to deliver a smooth provider experience.Key Responsibilities:Provider Onboarding & Portal ImplementationGuide new providers through onboarding, system setup, and configuration of theProvider Central PortalCoordinate with internal stakeholders (ProductTechOperations) to ensure successfulportal activation and integration into the provider s workflowMonitor and drive adoption of key portal features such as slot management, appointmentvisibility, fulfillment tracking, and billingProvider Training & Continuous EnablementConduct live and recorded training sessions to educate providers on portal usage andbest practicesProvide updated training collateral and user guides for new features or process updatesAct as the go-to resource for resolving first-level functional queries on the portalVendor Relationship ManagementBuild strong and strategic relationships with assigned hospitals, clinics, and diagnosticcentersEnsure providers comply with agreed operational protocols, documentation norms, andSLA requirementsConduct regular review meetings and maintain feedback loops for continuousimprovementIssue Resolution & Payment CoordinationAct as the escalation point for provider grievances related to operational issues,consultation discrepancies, or system limitationsProactively identify and resolve payment-related concerns including delays, mismatches,or reconciliation errorsLiaise with Finance, Operations, and Provider Support teams to ensure timely resolutionand clear communication to the providerTrack and follow up on payment status, escalations, and pending settlementsVendor Performance MonitoringAnalyze and report on key performance indicators including fulfillment rates, portaladoption, and SLA breachesShare regular feedback and performance dashboards with providers to alignexpectations and drive accountabilityRecommend corrective actions and support implementation to improve providerperformanceDocumentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive records of provider onboarding status, escalations, paymentresolutions, and performanceGenerate monthly reports on provider health, adoption metrics, and open issuesProvide structured input to product, operations, and finance teams to improve tools andpoliciesKey Requirements:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesCustomer-centric mindset with attention to detailAbility to understand systemsprocesses and conduct effective trainingProficiency in CRM tools, ExcelGoogle Sheets, and ticketing systemsOrganized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple providers simultaneouslyBachelor s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field2 4 years of experience in providervendor management, operations, or supportfunctions, preferably in a healthcare or health-tech setupHands-on experience with issue resolution, payment follow-ups, and cross-functionalcoordinationWhat is MediBuddyMediBuddy is India s largest on-demand, full-stack digital healthcare platform that helps patientsaccess multiple healthcare services.
