Manager OPS (School Subscriptions) EdTech Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Relationship Ownership:

  Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner schools, building trust and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Implementation Delivery:

  Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of school subscription programs, ensuring all academic, administrative, and support deliverables are executed on time.

• Quality Control:

  Maintain high standards of service delivery, proactively identify operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely and effective resolutions.

• Internal Collaboration:

  Work closely with Academic, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor engagements and manage service execution efficiently.

• Process Management:

  Maintain detailed operational trackers, reports, and calendars to ensure data-driven oversight of school activities.

• Team Supervision:

  Mentor and supervise Operations Associates providing execution and coordination support.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a K-12 school leadership role such as Academic Coordinator, Section Head, or School Administrator.
• Strong understanding of school operations, academic coordination, and multi-stakeholder communication (Teachers, Principals, Admin).
• Highly organized, process-driven, proactive, and capable of maintaining detailed administrative control.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a related field preferred.
