Position Overview:

At HexaHealth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the resolution of customer and stakeholder escalations within our healthcare ecosystem. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and effective resolution of complex issues while driving continuous improvement across operational processes in line with HexaHealthmission of simplifying healthcare for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and clear

communication.

Identify recurring issues, streamline workflows, and implement corrective actions.

Track escalations, analyze trends, and use insights to enhance service quality.

Guide and train team members to follow standard processes and reduce escalation rates.
