Create a staffing plan at a function level to meet the strategic business goal: through process improvements, skill set improvement, cross utilization and maximizing output
2. Build deep business understanding for the assigned vertical so as to
a) Identify new and value- added business opportunities within process and function
b) Work with leadership team to grow business opportunities materializing- by people, plan, process
c) Cascade and coach N-3 to execute
3. Engage with stakeholders on business sustenance/ operations
1. Accountable for operational deliverables (SLA) at a function level
2. Plan and execute governance of SLA and analyze progress
3. Provide inputs on improvement to N-1 by:
a) Proactively engaging with stakeholders to get feedback and identify improvement opportunities for the function
b) Accountable to manage escalations- analyze data with reference to escalations and define corrective measures Process Improvements
1. Plan and organize resources to deliver given objectives and enable change at function level
2. Review action plans given by N-3 and align resources to enable execution of action plan
1. Ensure ISO policies are being adhered to for the function
1. Define a plan to skill, reskill, upskill for current requirements build to an agile workforce in conjunction with LE
2. Define and cascade career development plan for the function
3. Retain high performing talent, create opportunities for Expert Career path roles
4. Accountable to define short term objectives and KPIs for all roles for function
5. Manage and review performance based on given metrics
1. Reduce CPO by 3% from previous year’s CPO (Cost Per Order)
2. Manage costs based on staffing plan to ensure CPO target is met
3. Analyze wage cost vs performance, take corrective action in conjunction with N-1 (Source data from MIS)
