Job Title: Manager Operations - Banking/Credit Card and Chat Process

Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Operations to join our team in Hyderabad.

As an operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in every aspect of our business.

Key Responsibilities

People Management: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Performance Management: Implement strategies to monitor and improve team and individual performance, setting clear goals and expectations.Quality Management: Develop and manage quality control systems to deliver products/services that meet or exceed customer expectations.Six Sigma: Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is an added advantage, as it will contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in people management and performance improvement.Strong knowledge of Business Quality (BQ) and Quality Management principles.Six Sigma certification.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus).
