Manager Admission Outreach

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement region-specific outreach and admissions strategies for student enrolment objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with engineering colleges, universities, and academic partners to enhance collaboration and create long-term institutional partnerships.
• Plan and implement student outreach initiatives and programs such as open houses, counselling sessions, institutional presentations, and academic leadership interaction.
• Track and report regional admission data, application trends, and lead conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with central marketing and admissions teams to align regional insights with national campaigns.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to institutional admission policies, diversity objectives, and regional regulatory norms.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Understanding of student behaviour, regional education ecosystems, and institutional networking.

Education Preferred:

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Candidates from recognized universities with demonstrated outreach experience preferred.
