Job Description

Position: Lecturer Grade 2

Qualification:

M.Tech + 0–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in Robotics and Semiconductor domains.
Design, update, and implement innovative curriculum aligned with industry and academic standards.
Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and project-based learning.
Conduct hands-on workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance practical learning.
Contribute to research, publications, and collaboration with industry partners.
Support departmental activities, accreditation processes, and institutional development.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Robotics (automation, control systems, mechatronics, sensors, AI integration).
Expertise in Semiconductor devices, fabrication, VLSI, microelectronics, and embedded systems.
Proficiency in relevant simulation and design tools (MATLAB, LabVIEW, CAD, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering innovation.
