Job Description

Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify vendors/contractors based on technical and commercial criteria.

Tendering & Procurement:

  • Prepare Tender Documents / RFPs.
  • Conduct Market Rate Analysis for procurement items and services.

Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal departments for vendor query resolution.
  • Provide timely clarifications on tender/RFI documents.

Techno-Commercial Negotiations:

  • Lead negotiations with vendors/contractors to ensure optimal technical and commercial outcomes.

Claim Analysis:

  • Scrutinize and analyse execution-stage claims recommended by site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and assess cost implications.

SAP Work Order Management:

  • Prepare Work Orders, manage vendor registration, and oversee SAP-related formalities.

Contract Documentation & Compliance:

  • Draft, execute, and maintain contractual documents as per company policies.

Support to Contracts Head:

  • Assist the Head Contracts in operations, planning, and strategy support.
