Key Responsibilities : Lab Management : Open and close the computer lab on time. Ensure all systems, peripherals, and networking components are operational. Monitor usage and ensure adherence to lab rules and discipline. Technical Support : Assist students and faculty in operating software applications and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve minor hardware/software/network issues. Report major technical problems to the IT department. Maintenance : Perform regular system updates, antivirus scans, and cleaning of equipment. Ensure printers and other devices are working and consumables are stocked. Inventory Management : Maintain inventory of lab equipment and software. Report damages or missing items to the supervisor.
