About the Role

Business Development & Pre-Sales

You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and growth, with clear ownership and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts by identifying, researching, and tracking new client opportunities
• Support pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, pitch decks, credentials, and case studies
• Maintain and manage the new business pipeline with accuracy and strategic input
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, work samples, and impact data for pitches and awards
• Manage the agency’s knowledge assets—case studies, marketing presentations, and brand materials
• Lead and support award show submissions in creative and effectiveness categories
• Handle all PR and communications—draft releases, manage media relationships, and handle internal announcements
• Oversee the agency’s social media presence—content planning, posting, and analytics
• Coordinate with external vendors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery

Who You Are

• Experience:

  5–8 years in

  business development / pre-sales

  in a

  digital or marketing agency

  environment

• Education:

  MBA preferred

• Domain Expertise:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative services, and B2B agency models
• Familiarity with agency pitch cycles, marketing funnels, and performance storytelling

• Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with stakeholder management
