Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
