Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements sales strategies for
MODERN
retail channels like supermarkets and hypermarkets to increase sales, market share, and profitability
Drive national HORECA sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, etc.)
Build and manage distributor and channel partner networks
Acquire and scale institutional and key accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Travel extensively to expand presence and drive performance.
Coordinate with plant for all development related activities and production plan.

Requirements:

7-12 years of successful experience in
HORECA or Modern Trade
, with demonstrable results
Strong industry network with a proven sales track record.
Strategic thinker with excellent team leadership capabilities.
Willingness to travel across India.
Should be able to give insights on product development and trends.
