Job Description

As the MIS Manager at Aska Equipments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing business and sales performance tracking, dashboard management, CRM oversight, inventory monitoring, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Periodically collecting business and sales performance data from all stakeholders. - Presenting collated data in summarized reports for Business Heads, CXOs, and Directors. - Managing CRM and Lead Management system efficiently. - Publishing monthly sales dashboards containing pending orders, billing, new orders, and sales forecasts. - Coordinating and supporting the Monthly Sales Review meeting. - Highlighting critical deals or delays with red/green flags to support data-led decisions. - Publishing monthly performance reports and KPIs for each Sales Manager. You will also be responsible for: - Collating and sharing monthly sales forecasts with production/plant teams for timely manufacturing planning. - Monitoring raw material planning and Purchase Orders based on demand pipeline. - Managing finished goods inventory reporting, valuation of future stock, and initiating dead stock clearance plans. - Regularly updating finished goods stock reports to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will need to: - Manage and track sales team locations using the Lystloc app and flag anomalies. - Supervise the Sales Support team handling pre-sales and post-sales coordination. - Ensure daily activity reports of Sales Managers are shared with the management. Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, & Google Workspace tools. - Experience in CRM Management (Zoho/Salesforce or similar), ZIP ERP. - Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, & MIS. - Hands-on experience with dashboards, KPIs, and team coordination. - Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and documentation. - Strong multitasking, time management, and stakeholder handling skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Knowledge of Power BI / Dashboard Automation (highly desired). - Basic understanding of inventory & production planning. - Prior experience in Sales Ops or Business Analytics roles. - Exposure to travel expense tools (Zoho Expense, SAP Concur, etc.).
