Role & responsibilities Data Management: Maintenance of ERP Master data, & to extend the support as close to real-time as possible Data Governance: Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. This involves defining data standards, data quality rules, and access controls. Data Collection and Integration: Gathering data from various sources, including internal systems (including business finance teams) and external data providers. Integrating data to create a unified view of credit exposure and commodity risk across the organization. Data Cleansing and Validation: Identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, errors, and redundancies. Ensuring that the data is validated against predefined quality criteria. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the data management processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Data Security: Implementing data security measures to protect sensitive credit and commodity data from unauthorized access or breaches. Data Maintenance: Monitoring data quality and performing regular data maintenance tasks to keep the Master Desk system up to date. System Integration: Collaborating with IT teams to integrate the Master Desk Data with other enterprise systems Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and optimization within the Master Desk framework to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Education preference - Preferably Chartered Accountant/ICWA or MBA (Finance)
