Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop global sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Identify and manage international suppliers to build long-term, reliable partnerships. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve maximum value and cost savings. Ensure import compliance and documentation as per international trade regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with production and inventory needs. Mitigate supply chain risks by developing alternate sourcing and contingency plans. Streamline procurement processes through ERP systems and continuous improvements. Track procurement budgets and generate reports on performance and cost efficiency. Lead and mentor the procurement team to drive productivity and skill development. Promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practices across all international purchases
