Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure effective purchase management practices
in catering industry of Rs 50 to 60 Crores per month of Grocery, Oil, and PAD Items Pan India
Proper Supplies reaches Pan India on Daily / Weekly Basis in 30 Stores
Vendor Management and Planning of Raw Material (Atta, Dal, Rice, Oils, Masala etc.), Cold Material (Snacks and Frozen Items), Fresh Material (Chicken, Fish, Paneer, Milk, Curd, Ice Creams Vegetables)
Oversee raw material procurement and buyer activities.
Conduct price negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost reductions.
Develop new vendors through negotiation and selection processes.
Manage purchase operations, including planning, procurement, and vendor development.
