Job Description

Position Summary:

The Manager - CEO/MD Office will provide high-level administrative and strategic support at the group level, enabling efficient leadership decision-making and business execution. This role includes managing project tracking, coordinating Red-Yellow-Green (RYG) status reviews, preparing leadership updates, and acting as a key liaison between the CEO/MD and cross-functional teams. The EA will ensure seamless communication, timely reporting, and effective preparation of executive materials on behalf of the CEO/MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO/MD, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities.
  • Track progress of key group-level projects, maintaining and updating RYG status reports to flag risks and issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with business units and functional teams to gather relevant project updates and ensure alignment with leadership timelines.
  • Facilitate and manage regular RYG review processes, summarizing critical points and action items for leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare and review presentation decks, status reports, and executive summaries on behalf of the CEO/MD for board meetings, leadership reviews, and external communications.
  • Act as a communication bridge across divisions to expedite information flow and align activities with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor follow-ups on leadership directives and project milestones, driving accountability across teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive approach in managing executive priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • *Education from top-tier, reputable schools/universities is mandatory.*
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or business operations support at a senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated experience in project tracking and status reporting with RYG methodologies.
  • Skilled in preparing high-quality executive presentations (PowerPoint) and using project management/reporting tools (Power BI, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate executive needs, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Reporting:

Directly reporting to the CEO/MD at the group level, working across all business units and support functions.
