To lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our brand . This role requires a deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior, retail environments, digital trends, and competitive landscapes.
The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
The role requires a combination of marketing expertise and product knowledge, and strategic planning within the context of the healthcare industry
1.Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand strategy
2. Manage product launches, from pre-launch planning to post-launch performance analysis
3. Develop tools and materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, training) to support the sales team
4. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, BTL, ATL, etc.)
5. Work with product development, regulatory, legal and sales teams to align marketing initiative
6. Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing spend with measurable outcomes
7. Monitor key KPIs: market share, brand health, campaign effectiveness, and sales lift and provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
