We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Mgr-Loyalty with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver personalized experiences for guests.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff and guests.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in loyalty marketing or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Experience working with CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
