Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Learning & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2-8 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should be passionate about employee development and have a proven track record of delivering successful training programs. The Manager, Learning & Development will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs for employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective learning and development programs for all employees
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized training plans based on the needs of the organization
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on a variety of topics, including leadership development, communication skills, and technical skills
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage the learning and development budget and ensure that training programs are cost-effective
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Manage a team of trainers and ensure that they are delivering high-quality training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • 2-8 years of experience in learning and development in the job market context of India
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective learning and development programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Experience managing a team of trainers
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
