Description

We are seeking a QC Painting Supervisor with 5-6 years of experience to oversee our painting quality control operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our painting processes meet established quality standards and help improve our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the quality control processes for painting operations.
Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for painting activities.
Train and mentor junior QC staff on quality inspection techniques and standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control inspections and reports.
Ensure that safety and environmental regulations are adhered to during painting operations.

Skills and Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in quality control within the painting or coatings industry.
Strong knowledge of painting processes, materials, and quality standards.
Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment relevant to painting quality control.
