Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project planning and management within the construction industry. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules using planning software
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines
Analyze project progress and prepare detailed reports for management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to plans
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Assist in resource allocation and budgeting for projects

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of construction methods and techniques
Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
