Position Summary:
The SDR Team Lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of SDRs, ensuring they meet their individual and collective goals. This position requires a proactive leader who can operate independently, providing real-time coaching and support to maximize the team's effectiveness in generating and qualifying leads.Key Responsibilities:-Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the SDR team, ensuring alignment with Apex One's sales objectives.-Performance Management: Set clear performance goals for team members, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.-Coaching & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of SDRs in lead generation and qualification.-Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and foster effective communication.-Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.-Reporting & Analytics:** Analyze key performance metrics to track team performance and strategize on areasr growth.Qualifications:**- Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a sales development role.- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
