Job Description

dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    Single Point Repository for all Key Account Management (KAM) reports

    .
  • Monitor and drive implementation of planned KAM activities across functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PM, SCM, Operations) to ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Lead

    monthly reporting and business review

    for key accounts.
  • Achieve

    highest levels of customer satisfaction

    and preferred supplier status.
  • Track and report

    QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)

    metrics for KAM operations.
  • Coordinate and implement

    account-specific standard processes and tools.

  • Maintain health of running business through

    price negotiations, VA/VE implementation

    , and

    cost control

    .
  • Handle

    negotiations related to FX fluctuations, RM cost variations, non-indexed costs, and APRs

    .
  • Lead

    business acquisition activities

    RFQ review, quote preparation, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Ensure

    profitability of existing business

    by addressing RM/Forex/engineering cost impacts.
  • Strengthen

    customer relationships

    through proactive communication and issue resolution.

  • Drive new business opportunities and maintain profitability across existing programs.
  • Partner with project management and operations teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Support management in

    long-term account strategy, pricing models, and customer engagement plans.

  • Prior experience managing

    4-wheeler OEMs

    such as Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Toyota, or Maruti Suzuki.
  • Fluent in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi
