Senior Strategic Planner/Strategic Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Business Research & Insights:

  Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and industry benchmarks. Provide structured insights to guide business strategy.

• Data Analytics & Visualization:

  Use

  Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

  to analyze operational and financial data. Develop dashboards and reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Strategic Project Management:

  Manage and track key projects initiated by the MDs office. Work cross-functionally to ensure on-time and successful delivery.

• Business Planning & Reporting:

  Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and performance updates for the MD, leadership team, and Board.

• Leadership Meeting Support:

  Coordinate and manage leadership meetings, preparing agendas, track critical action items, and ensure timely follow-ups, travel plan. Escalate risks or concerns proactively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Act as a bridge between the MD, leadership team, and external stakeholders to streamline communication and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:

  BE/BTech (Mechanical/Prod/Mechatronics) + MBA (Operations / Marketing / Finance).

• Experience:

  7–10 years in strategy, business research, consulting, project management, or CXO office roles.

• Core Skills:

• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to see the “big picture.”

Technical / Software Skills

• MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint

  – for data analysis & executive presentations.

• Power BI / Tableau
